As design consultant for the World Bank in Cambodia she assisted local fairtrade organisations with designs and marketing. Here she gives us her top tips and how to look on trend with People Tree’s summer collection…
1. Jersey Jumpsuit
This jumpsuit is a really directional shape. It has a harem pant cut to it which really sets it apart from others I’ve seen.
2. Apple Cuff
I love the raw unfinished wood of this bracelet. This simplicity and understatement of the design is beautiful and perfectly on trend.
3. Fuji Stripey Dress
This is the perfect holiday dress. Jersey dresses are so easy to slip on and look effortlessly cool and relaxed. I really like the offbeat colour combination in the stripes.
4. Stripe Playsuit
Stripes are always a good look. The fact that they’re on a playsuit is even better. You could wear it on holiday or equally style it up and wear it in the city.
5. Cloud Print Blouse by Jessica Ogden
This is such a great shape. The the square cut and the delicate print works really well. It feels a bit Japanese which I love. I can see myself in this teamed with a pair of denim shorts for the summer.
